Mission Statement:
Tender Hands rescues and rehabilitates street children and commercial sex workers from the streets of Bombay, India.

Vision Statement:
Tender Hands wants to see every child living on the street and in the brothels to become a child again. To watch them grow, heal, learn and become all that God designed them to be.

Help every commercial sex worker restored, healed and working in a skill or profession she can be proud of. We want to see her dignity revitalized and the purpose God has for her life fulfilled.

Tender Hands wants to create a safe, healthy, wholesome and loving environment to every child and women entrusted to our care. We want to provide a life opportunity for these children and woman in line with God's continuous discretion through education, vocational training and microenterprises.

We want to build a compassionate NGO that has integrity, credibility and accountability for all activities. We want to be a bridge of God's blessing in the daily lives of these children and women. We want to enrich and inspire these women and children to trust in God and have a hope for the future.

Short Term Goals
  Shelters: We are currently raising the funds to open two shelters, one for girls and one for boys.
  We have launched TH Bakes to support the plans of the children at Tender Hands and also to provide a Life Skill for the woman.

Long Term Goals
  A Working Farm: We want to have a working farm that could provide fresh fruits and vegetables as well as dairy products. This farm would also have many homes (shelters) for the children and staff. We also want a separate area for the women with a flower garden. We want the children and women to enjoy life away from the big city.
  Microenterprise Store: We would eventually like to start small micro enterprises for the woman working with the bakery. We are looking for opportunities that they can supply a product to us and also outside of TH Bakes.
  Art Studio: Many of these children and women are very artistic, they just have never had an opportunity to express it. We want to have an art studio for the children and women to have art classes and a time to have fun and express themselves through their art.
